NAPPS CERTIFICATION COURSE COMPLETED April 2014: Certification acknowledges the pet sitter has obtained a high level of expertise through personal study.

The mission of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) is to:

  • provide tools and support to foster the success of members' businesses,
  • promote the value of pet sitting to the public, and
  • advocate for the welfare of animals.

Pet sitting offers the best of all worlds - for pets and their owners by minimizing trauma and stress of boarding and separation.

Owners need not go through the ordeal of transporting unhappy pets and worrying that they might be exposed to other animals' illnesses.

Animals get to stay in their familiar environment, maintain their diet and exercise routine, and are attended to by caring professionals.
